Join Us in a Sacred Return to the Seat of Enlightenment
For the past two decades, our work has been devoted to a single aspiration: to preserve and awaken the Buddhist heritage of India—the sacred land where the Blessed One walked, taught, and attained Enlightenment.
Now, that long-cherished vision is coming to fruition. This year, we anticipate over 20,000 monks, nuns, and lay devotees from across India and around the world returning to the Seat of Enlightenment in Bodhgaya—a collective act of devotion and remembrance unlike any other.
The Spirit of “Ehipassiko” Come and See for Yourself
The Buddha spoke of the living power of his teachings: the invitation to “come and see for yourself the Dhamma,” expressed in the Pali word ehipassiko.
This principle—recorded in the Pali Canon—reminds us that the Dhamma is not a belief to be accepted on faith alone, but a truth to be experienced directly through our own hearts and minds.
Please register here to confirm your seat.
Due to the vast number of attendees, registration is required—we will not be able to provide seating once registration closes.
As a gift to all participants this year, we will offer a Pali text of the Vinaya Tipitaka, along with free breakfast and lunch offerings during the event.
A short video guide for registration is available here.
Participants are kindly asked to arrange their own accommodations, which can be found here.
Pilgrimages of Renewal Across India
This year, we are offering two sacred pilgrimages across India. These are not merely journeys—they are acts of remembrance and renewal.
By walking once again through the sites where the Buddha lived and taught, we are breathing life back into sacred places that have lain silent for centuries.
Applications are now open for the next three months.
We warmly invite you to be part of this historic movement. Click here to learn more.
Experience the Yatra
We have also completed a powerful presentation on our most recent Yatra, during which our community visited 64 lesser-known Buddhist sites across India.
These often-forgotten places welcomed our monastics with open hearts, offering alms, prayers, and deep spiritual kinship.
We invite you to watch the full Yatra film and feel the living spirit of these sacred walks. Watch here.
The Jetthian Peace Walk — A Living Legacy
Each year on December 13th, over 1,000 monks, nuns, and lay devotees participate in the Jetthian Peace Walk—a reenactment of the historic meeting between King Bimbasara and the Buddha.
Walking through the Jetthian Valley, participants receive humble offerings of rice, dhal, and vegetables from local villagers—reviving the generosity and simplicity of the early Sangha.
Today, it stands as the largest international peace walk of its kind, symbolizing compassion and interconnection in action.
The 2nd Guru Padmasambhava Ceremony – January 11–16 (Sublime Blessings)
We are deeply honored to announce the 2nd Guru Padmasambhava Ceremony, to be held from January 11th–16th within the Diamond Triangle of Odisha—a region imbued with ancient Buddhist history and profound spiritual power.
This ceremony marks not only a continuation of devotion but a revival of sacred memory, honoring Guru Padmasambhava in the very land where Buddhism once flourished.
Register for the 2nd Guru Padmasambhava Ceremony
With heartfelt blessings,
