Family Background : My name is Upali Samanera and my lay name is Rajnish Kumar. I am from Aurangabad, Bihar. I came in Mahabodhi Buddha Vihara in 2015 to become a Buddhist monk. Now it’s been 8 years of my monkhood and I am so happy and grateful to all my teachers. My father Shri Sunil Ram is a farmer and my mother Smt. Sonamati Devi is a housewife. I have two brothers and one sister. It is great privilege to be as part of this beautiful Buddha Sasana, I got an opportunity to become a monk to propagate the great teachings of the lord Buddha.
